I’m standing in the hallway of a tech conference, coffee in hand.
A guy walks up, smiling.
“Hey Adrian, nice to finally meet you.”
For a moment, I hesitate.
I don’t recognize him.
But he clearly knows me, even my first name.
It’s slightly uncomfortable, that split second when your mind races.
Did we work together?
Did we meet online?
Then he says:
“I know you from your stream.”
And it hits me again. Most people who see your content never engage.
They don’t comment. They don’t like.
But they remember.
They’re the quiet ones; the shadow audience. 🦸🦸♀️
And when the moment comes, they already trust you.
Video makes that possible.
It’s not the algorithm. It’s the connection.
It’s the way people feel they’ve already shaken your hand before you’ve ever met.
That’s why I keep showing up on camera.
Not for the views, but for the people who’ll one day walk up and say,
“Hey, nice to finally meet you.”
This is what networking is about. This has led and will continue to lead to real business.
👉 Are you a coach or solopreneur?
What is your experience with video so far?
